摘  要:“三电”及管线勘察是铁路建设中迁改工作的关键步骤,现阶段外业勘察采用传统的手工记录方式,存在定位不精准、勘察结果不规范、效率低下等问题。本文介绍了高效、灵活、统一的一种勘察工具的研发,提出勘察成果的存储、管理、可视化的解决方案。基于便携式移动设备建立外业采集系统,实现数据的位置精确、形式多样、功能简洁化的数据采集、管理和存储;基于AutoCAD开发构建内业勘察设计系统实现外业工程的统计、查询和数据结构化输出。该系统可实现从外业采集到内业勘察设计的数字化作业流程和内外业工作的无缝衔接,有效提高作业人员工作效率和质量。The railway survey of the facilities of power,communication,radio and television and pipelines are the key procedures for the relocation of facilities in railway construction.At present,the railway survey adopts traditional manual recording methods,which have problems such as inaccurate positioning,irregular survey results,and low efficiency.The paper introduces the development of an efficient,flexible and unified survey tool and puts forward a solution scheme to achieve the storage,management and visualization of the survey results.On the basis of the portable mobile device,the site collection system is established to realize the data acquisition,management and storage with accurate location,diverse forms and concise functions;Based on the development of AutoCAD,the office work survey and design system is constructed to realize the statistics,query and structured data output of site engineering.The system can realize the seamless connection between the digital operation process and site&office work engineering from site data collection to office work of survey and design and effectively improve the work efficiency and quality of operators.
