摘 要:安全风险预控管理的模式已经成为现代安全管理的主要模式,然而老矿深受传统安全管理模式和固有风险的影响。为了使老矿克服自身缺点和困难,建设符合自身的安全风险管理体系,本文运用PDCA循环管理理论,通过对林西矿的安全风险预控管理模式进行了成效和问题分析,提出了对应的改进措施。可归纳为:在人员思想、设施设备、管理制度等方面,老矿井需要依循PDCA循环管理模式不断提升和改进。The mode of safety risk pre-control management has become the main model of modern safety management.The old mines with decades of mining history are also deeply affected by the traditional safety management model and inherent risks.In order to enable the old mine to overcome its own shortcomings and difficulties,and to build its own safety risk management system,this article uses the PDCA cycle management theory to analyze the effectiveness and problems of the safety risk pre-control management model of Linxi Mine,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.It can be summarized as follows:the old mine needs to follow PDCA cycle management mode to promote and improve in personnel thinking,facilities and equipment,management system and so on.
