摘 要:住宅中开窗行为可以改善室内环境品质且调节人体热舒适。本文通过实地监测的方法,对福建省泉州市三户住宅客厅的夏季开窗行为测试分析。分析发现与已有的研究存在以下不同:可分为两种开窗典型户,分别为不积极型(开窗概率小于等于5%)和紧闭型(开窗概率大于等于1%)。根据典型户分类发现:不积极型开窗概率月均为9.94%,开窗时长月均为4435 min;紧闭型开窗概率0.03%,开窗月均时长为15 min。对于不积极型户使用Binary Logistic建立模型,确定影响夏热冬暖地区夏季住宅开窗行为的因素,发现室外温度的影响因素比其他因素对开窗行为影响更大。该模型准确率为89.7%,能准确解释各环境因素与影响开窗行为的因素之间的内在联系。The window opening behavior in the house can improve the indoor environment quality and regulate the thermal comfort of the human body.In this paper,the method of field monitoring is used to test and analyze the window opening behavior of 3 family residential living rooms in Quanzhou city,Fujian province in summer.The analysis found that there are the following differences from existing studies:two types of typical window opening people are inactive(window opening probability<=5%)and tightly closed(window opening probability>=1%).According to the classification of typical people,it is found that the average monthly probability of window opening for inactive people is 9.94%,the average monthly window opening time is 4435minnte;the probability of window opening for closed type is 0.03%,and the average monthly window duration is 15 min.For inactive households,binary logistic regression is used to establish a model to determine the factors that affect the behavior of residential windows opening in summer season in hot summer and warm winter region.It is found that outdoor temperature has a greater influence on window opening behavior than other factors.The accuracy rate of this model is 89.7%,which can accurately explain the relationship between various environment factors and influencing factors of window opening behavior.
