摘　　要：在科研管理"放管服"改革背景下,"粮食丰产增效科技创新"重点专项河北项目区通过建立管理机构、完善管理制度和创新管理方法,建立了全过程管理体系。文章对河北项目区全过程管理具体实践进行了阐述,总结了项目全过程管理所取得的成效,以期为其他类似项目的管理实施提供借鉴和参考。Under the background of"Releasing-Management-Service"of scientific research management,the Hebei project area of key project of"Science and Technology Innovation of Grain Enrichment and Efficiency"established a whole process management system by establishing management institutions,perfecting management systems and innovating management methods.The practice of the whole process management in Hebei project area was expounded and achievements and benefits of the whole process management summarized in the paper.This will provide reference for other similar projects.
