摘　　要：农业园区是农业成果转化和科技服务的平台和载体。文章对江苏省18个农业园区进行了调研,利用R-type方法实证分析了江苏省农业园区创新能力的影响因素,并从创新人力投入、创新资本投入以及创新环境建设等方面阐述了这些因素对江苏省农业园区创新能力产生的显著影响,提出了加强农业科技服务人才队伍建设、构建农业科技综合服务平台、加大农业科技投入力度等提高江苏省农业园区创新科技服务水平的对策建议。Agricultural park is the platform and carrier of agricultural achievements transformation and scientific and technological services.Based on the survey data of 18 agricultural parks in Jiangsu Province,the influencing factors of innovation ability of agricultural parks in Jiangsu Province were empirically analyzed in the paper by R-type.Effect of these factors on innovation ability of agricultural parks in Jiangsu Province was illustrated from such aspects of innovation manpower investment,innovation capital investment,innovation conditions,etc.Some policy suggestions to improve the service level of innovative science and technology of agricultural parks in Jiangsu Province were put forward,such as strengthening construction of agricultural technology service team,constructing comprehensive service platform of agricultural technology,increasing input of agricultural science and technology.
