摘 要:危险化学品作为特殊运输品,在道路运输过程中要采取必要的举措,积极谋划应急救援,使危险化学品运输交通事故发生时的污染和生态环境危害降到最低。因此,需要建立起有效的道路运输应急救援体系,科学研判设定最佳救援路径,以达到良好的救援效果。从危险化学品的运输和救援背景入手,概述了国内外研究现状与相关理论发展,进一步解释了危险化学品的道路运输应急救援系统构建现状,分析存在的问题,提出利用多种评价方法得出优化的应急救援路径,为危险化学品安全运输全链条管理提供参考。As a special transport goods,the necessary measures should be taken in the process of road transportation to actively plan emergency rescue,so as to minimize the pollution and ecological environment hazards when the hazardous chemicals transportation traffic accidents occur.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an effective emergency rescue system for road transportation and scientifically determine the best rescue path to achieve good rescue effect.Starting from the background of transportation and rescue of hazardous chemicals,this paper summarized the research status and related theoretical development at home and abroad,further explained the construction status of emergency rescue system for road transportation of hazardous chemicals,analyzed the existing problems,and proposed to use a variety of evaluation methods to obtain the optimized emergency rescue path.It provides a reference for the whole chain management of hazardous chemicals transportation.
