摘  要:为评价红三叶种质资源的遗传多样性,筛选生产上有利用价值的育种材料,本研究利用10个表型性状和8个SSR标记对29份来自国内外的红三叶种质进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,多数表型性状在不同种质材料间具有较大的变异,变异系数为8.45%~42.27%;基于表型性状可将29份红三叶划分为3个类群,类群间在茎节数、茎长度、单株花序数等性状上有较大的分化。8个SSR标记共扩增出58多态性条带,每个位点平均等位基因数为7.25,平均期望杂合度为0.621,多态性信息含量指数0.587,表明红三叶种质材料间丰富的遗传多样性基于8个SSR标记数据也可以将29份红三叶划分为3个类群,但每个类群的组成种质与基于表型性状所得结果并不完全一致。本研究探讨了红三叶群体间的遗传变异基础,为红三叶种质进一步创新利用提供科学依据。The goal of the present study was to evaluate the genetic diversity of domestic and foreign red clover germplasms at the morphological and molecular level in order to select some valuable germplasm for China red clover breeding programs.Ten morphological traits and eight SSR markers were used to analyze 29 germplasms.Variation between germplasms was large for most of 10 morphological traits,and the coefficient of variation ranged from 8.45%to 42.27%.A cluster analysis based on the morphological traits revealed three distinct clusters that separated the populations according to internodes number,stem length and number of inflorescences per plant.Over eight SSR loci,58 polymorphic bands were detected and the number of alleles averaged 7.25 alleles per locus.Genetic diversity measured with SSR markers was high,with a mean expected heterozygosity of 0.621 and a mean polymorphic information of content index of 0.587.Although the molecular markers also separated germplasms into three clusters,there was no all of coincidence between the composition of groups found with morphological and molecular data.This present study discussed the genetic diversity among populations and variation between traits of red clover,which will provide theoretical basis for further innovation and utilization of red clover germplasm resources.
