摘　　要：所谓临床实习,具体指的是将课堂教学理论知识与临床医学实践两者结合起来,是对课堂教育所学知识的进一步补充和强化,其目的就在于促使学生通过带教教师的教学指导,加深理论知识的掌握,将理论知识运用于实践,是从一个医学生过度到一个合格医生的必经过程。如何更好的做好临床带教,是我们每个带教老师应该思考的问题。本文首先对当前甲乳外科临床实习带教中存在的问题进行分析,然后提出甲乳外科临床实习带教问题的经验和思考,和广大带教老师共勉。So called clinical practice, specifically, it refers to the combination of classroom teaching theoretical knowledge and clinical medical practice, which is a further supplement and strengthening of the knowledge learned in classroom education.Its purpose is to urge students to deepen the mastery of theoretical knowledge and apply theoretical knowledge to practice through the teaching guidance of teachers. It is a necessary process from a medical student to a qualified doctor. How to do a better job in clinical teaching is the problem that every teaching teacher should think about. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the current clinical practice teaching of thyroid and breast surgery, and then puts forward the experience and thinking of the clinical practice teaching of thyroid and breast surgery, and encourages the majority of teachers.
