摘　　要：2020年高校毕业生高达874万,而且研究生扩招了18.9万。作为研究生培养中的硕士专业学位研究生,如何践履技能、实践型硕士研究生的人才培养目标,为其就业、发展做好助跑、铺垫的举措,助推其与社会需求无缝隙对接,对硕士专业学位研究生的培养具有不容小觑的理论与实践意义。鉴于此,文章以舞蹈学方向体育专硕为例,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法及实地参与式观察法,结合笔者十多年的一线教学经验及多年培养硕士的经历,以SMART理论作为分析框架,纳入马斯洛需求层次理论理念,以职业需求导向为研究视角,建构了实践教学改革机制。以期优化舞蹈学方向专硕的实践技能培养,塑造其职场就业能力、满足社会对舞蹈学体育专硕的技能需求、提升社会生存能力。In 2020, the number of college graduates will reach 8.74 million, and the enrollment of graduate students will be increased by 189000. As a master’s degree graduate student in the postgraduate training, how to fulfill the talent training goal of skilled and practical master’s degree graduate students, do a good job of running up and paving the way for their employment and development,and help them to connect with the social demand seamlessly, which is of great significance to the cultivation of master’s degree postgraduates. In view of this, this paper takes the sports master of dance as an example, adopts the methods of literature review, logical analysis and on-the-spot observation, combines the author’s more than ten years of first-line teaching experience and many years of master’s training experience, takes the smart theory as the analytical framework, integrates Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, and takes the professional demand orientation as the research perspective. The reform mechanism of practical teaching is constructed to optimize the training of practical skills for professional and postgraduates majoring in dance, to shape their employability in the workplace, to meet the needs of the society for the skills of dance sports majors, and to improve the social survival ability.
