摘 要:医学教育的扩招给学生教育管理工作带来了新的挑战,新形势下如何加强医学教育的创新发展对兼职班主任的工作思路和管理水平提出了更高的要求。医学专业背景教师担任兼职班主任优势明显,但也存在不足,应提高认识,加强学习,取长补短;同时,学校和相关管理部门需要给予政策倾斜和完善激励机制。The expansion of medical education has brought new challenges to student education and management. Under the new situation, how to strengthen the innovative development of medical education has put forward higher requirements for the working ideas and management level of part-time head teachers. Medical background teachers have obvious advantages as part-time class teachers, but there are also deficiencies. They should raise awareness, strengthen learning, and learn from each other. At the same time, schools and relevant administrative departments need to give policy preference and improve incentive mechanisms.
