摘　　要：目的:研究抗凝指标蛋白C(PC)、蛋白S(PS)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)在正常孕妇中不同孕期的变化情况及其临床价值。方法:检测孕期妇女组360例(孕早期150例,孕中期130例,孕晚期80例)和61例健康妇女对照组血液PS、PC和ATⅢ的活性结果采用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果:①年龄≥30岁和<30岁对孕妇血浆PC、PS、ATⅢ差异均无统计学意义(P>005)。②不同孕期早期(A组)、中期(B组)、晚期(C组)组与健康孕妇对照组组间比较,以及A组、B组、C组之间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中ATⅢ、PC活性轻度低于对照组,PS活性明显低于对照组。结论:妊娠期随着孕周增加,PC、ATⅢ轻度减低,PS明显降低,有利于孕妇的高凝状态,一旦打破凝血与纤溶动态平衡,容易引起血栓症而导致不良妊娠,故在临床加强对其监测。Objective:To evaluate the the changes and clinical value of anticoagulatlon indexes in normal pregnant women in different pregnancy periods.Methods:The activities of protein C(PC),proteins(PS),and antithrombin(ATIII)(ATIII)in the plasma of 360 pregnant women(150 in the first trimester,130 in the second trimester,80 in third trimester)and 61 healthy women were measured,and data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results:1.There was no significant difference in plasma PC and AT3 between pregnant women aged 30 and>30(P>0.05).2.There was significant difference between early pregnancy(group A),middle pregnancy(group B),late pregnancy(Group C)and Control Group,between group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).The activity of ATIII and PC was slightly lower than that of the control group,and the activity of PS was significantly lower than that of the control group..Conclusion:With the increase of gestational week during pregnancy,Fib and DD gradually increase,PC,ATIII slightly decrease,PS significantly decreases,which is conducive to the hypercoagulable state of pregnant women.It is easy to cause thrombosis and lead to undesirable pregnancy when the of coagulation and fibrinolysis was broken.Clinical should strengthen the continuous monitoring of anticoagulation indexes in pregnant women during whole pregnancy.
