摘  要:利用发动机余热将甲醇裂解生成裂解气,再导入发动机缸内燃烧是甲醇应用的一种重要形式,对实现节能减排有着极为重要的理论与现实意义,而其催化剂的性能在整个醇氢动力系统中起着至关重要的作用。铜基催化剂因其较高的低温活性和价格低廉获得了广泛的应用。系统综述了甲醇裂解铜基催化剂的研究现状及催化剂制备过程中各种因素对活性、选择性和稳定性的影响,并对车载甲醇裂解催化剂的研究方向进行了分析。Methanol cracking gas generated by the engine waste heat to import engine combustion in cylinder is an important form of methanol application,which has very important theoretical and practical significance to achieve energy saving and emissions reduction.The performance of the catalyst takes an important role in the alcohol-hydrogen power system.Because of its high activity at low temperature and low price,copper-based catalysts have been widely studied.The research status of methanol cracking catalyst and the influence of various factors on the activity,selectivity and stability in the process of catalyst preparation are summarized,and the research direction of on-board methanol cracking catalyst is analyzed.
