摘  要:以双金属Ni-W作为活性组分,以γ-Al2O3作为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同Ni/W物质的量比的NiW/γ-Al2O3催化剂,在悬浮床上对模型化合物萘进行加氢试验研究。采用BET、XRD、SEM对催化剂进行表征;采用离心分离、GC-MS等方法对加氢产物进行分析。表征结果表明:Ni/W物质的量比对催化剂的比表面积、孔径以及活性组分的分散程度有显著的影响。当Ni/W物质的量比为0.22时,即催化剂cat-1上活性组分在载体表面的分散性最好。试验结果表明,不同Ni/W物质的量比的催化剂上,萘加氢活性由大到小依次为:cat-1、cat-2、cat-3、cat-4;在压力6.5 MPa、温度400℃、搅拌转速600 r/min,反应时间8 h的条件下,cat-1催化剂上萘的转化率达到95.6%,四氢萘、反式十氢萘和顺式十氢萘的选择性分别为8.8%、62.5%和17.4%。The NiW/γ-Al2O3 catalysts with different Ni/W atomic ratios were prepared by equal volume impregnation with bimetallic Ni-W as active components andγ-Al2O3 as supporter.The model compound naphthalene was hydrogenated on slurry-phase hydrocracking.The catalysts are characterized by BET,XRD and SEM.The hydrogenation products were analyzed by centrifugal separation and GC-MS.The results show that the Ni/W atomic ratio has a significant effect on the specific surface area,pore size and the dispersion of the active components.When the atomic ratio of Ni/W is 0.22,the dispersion of active components on the catalyst cat-1 is the best.The experimental results show that the sequence of hydrogenation activity of naphthalene from high to low on different Ni/W atomic ratios catalysts is:cat-1,cat-2,cat-3,cat-4.Under the conditions of pressure 6.5 MPa,temperature 400℃,agitator speed 600 r/min and reaction time 8 h,the conversion of naphthalene is 95.6%,the selectivity of tetralin,cis-decalin and tran-decalin on cat-1 catalyst is 8.8%,62.5%and 17.4%,respectively.
