摘 要:以二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷、十二烷基二甲基叔胺为原料,加入交联剂乙二胺,制备了支化交联型聚环氧氯丙烷-胺,研究了其聚合行为及净水性能。通过单因素试验考察了各因素对聚合物表观黏度和除油率的影响,试验结果表明:当二甲胺与环氧氯丙烷的物质的量比为1∶1.2,十二烷基二甲基叔胺的加入量为反应体系总质量的7%,交联剂乙二胺的质量占二甲胺和环氧氯丙烷反应物总质量的5%时,得到的支化交联型聚环氧氯丙烷-胺絮凝剂产物用于处理渤海某油田的采出液,加药质量浓度25 mg/L时,除油率达95%。Branched cross-linking polyepichlorohydrin-amine is synthesized from dimethylamine,epichlorohydrin,dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine and crosslinking agent ethylenediamine.The polymerization behavior and water purification performance of the branched cross-linking polyepichlorohydrin-amine are studied.The effects of various factors on the apparent viscosity and oil removal rate of the polymer are investigated by single factor experiment.The results show that when the mass ratio of dimethylamine to epichlorohydrinis 1∶1.2,the mass fraction of dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine is 7%of total reactants,and the mass fraction of crosslinking agent ethylenediamine is 5%of total mass of dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin,the prepared branched cross-linking polymer is used to treat the produced fluid of an oil field in Bohai Sea,the oil removal rate reaches 95%when the concentration of the drug is 25 mg/L.
