摘  要:甲醇制烯烃(MTO)工艺产生的浓缩水COD高,目前主要处理方式为送至反应器进行回炼,但回炼会造成污水汽提塔盘及进料分布器堵塞,进而造成生产波动。介绍了MTO工艺水系统的流程及浓缩水的组成,给出了装置使用不同催化剂对浓缩水组成变化的影响。同时对降低浓缩水COD的主要处理工艺进行了综述和对比分析,认为降低浓缩水COD的关键因素在于除油工艺。对目前浓缩水除油的工艺进行了总结,对浓缩水处理工艺未来的发展进行了展望,并对浓缩水问题的处理给出了建议。The concentrated water produced by the methanol to olefin(MTO)process has high COD and it is mainly sent to the reactor for recycling at present.However,the recycling will cause the blockage of the sewage stripper plate and the feed distributor,thus causing production fluctuations.The flow of MTO process water system and the composition of concentrated water are introduced.The influence of different catalysts on the composition of concentrated water is given.The main processes of reducing COD in concentrated water are reviewed and compared,and it is concluded that the key factor of reducing COD in concentrated water is oil removal process.The present oil removal technologies and oil removal measures of concentrated water are summarized,the future development of treatment technology of concentrated water is prospected and some suggestions on the treatment of concentrated water are given.
