摘　　要：在肿瘤的发生、发展中,唾液酸转移酶的异常表达可调节肿瘤细胞的生物学特性。异常唾液酸化可增强肿瘤细胞的黏附转移能力及对化疗药物的抗性。唾液酸转移酶的异常表达还与肿瘤转移的组织器官特异性有关。异常结构唾液酸修饰的糖蛋白在肿瘤的早期诊断和预后评价中有重要价值,使寻找新型肿瘤标志物成为可能。文章介绍了近年来唾液酸化影响肿瘤发生、发展的相关机制,以及血清唾液酸类标志物在肿瘤诊断和预后中的价值。In the occurrence and development of tumors,the abnormal expression of sialyltransferase can regulate the biological characteristics of tumor cells.Abnormal sialylation can enhance the adhesion and metastasis ability of tumor cells,and can enhance tumor resistance to chemotherapy drugs.The abnormal expression of sialyltransferase is also related to the tissue and organ specificity of tumor metastasis.Sialic acid-modified glycoproteins with abnormal structures are of value in the early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of tumors,which makes it possible to find new tumor markers.This review introduces the related mechanisms of sialylation affecting tumor occurrence and development in the recent years and the role of serum sialic acid markers in tumor diagnosis and prognosis.
