摘 要:建立快速、灵敏、准确的测定药物中盐酸伊托必利的共振瑞利散射新方法。在稀盐酸溶液中,以赤藓红B作探针,采用共振瑞利散射技术研究药物中盐酸伊托必利的检测方法。赤藓红B与盐酸伊托必利在0.500 mmol·L^-1 HCl溶液中反应生成二元离子缔合物,使共振瑞利散射信号明显增强,在341 nm波长处产生1个最大特征散射峰,盐酸伊托必利的质量浓度在0.005~0.79 mg·L^-1范围内与体系的共振瑞利散射增强强度(ΔIRRS)呈好的线性关系,检出限为0.0048 mg·L^-1,加标回收率为98.3%~102%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.2%~2.3%。该法简便、快速、灵敏、有较高的准确度和精密度,适于市售药物中盐酸伊托必利的定量分析。A fast,sensitive,accurate and new resonance Rayleigh scattering method for the determination of itopride hydrochloride in drugs was established.In dilute hydrochloric acid solution,the resonance Rayleigh scattering technique was used to study the detection method of itopride hydrochloride in drugs with erythrosine B as a probe.Erythrosine B reacted with itopride hydrochloride in 0.500 mmol·L^-1 HCl solution to form a binary ion association complex,which significantly enhances the resonance Rayleigh scattering signal and produces a maximum characteristic scattering peak at a wavelength of 341 nm.The mass concentration of itopride hydrochloride in the range of 0.005~0.79 mg·L^-1 had a good linear relationship with the system's resonance Rayleigh scattering enhancement intensity(ΔIRRS),and the detection limit was 0.0048 mg·L^-1,the spiked recovery rate was 98.3%-102%,and the relative standard deviation(n=5)was 1.2%-2.3%.This method was simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the quantitative analysis of itopride hydrochloride in commercial drugs.
