摘  要:由于规模化猪场自繁自养的能力未完全达到,育肥用的大部分商品苗猪(生长肥育猪)仍来源于市场,导致猪场内猪霉形体病(猪气喘病)不断发生。霉形体诊断是为及早对病原做出判断,以便早期采取防治措施,为临床诊断提供理论依据。自家疫苗是为控制该病,在发病时进行紧急接种,以最大程度减少经济损失。该试验利用现有材料和技术制备猪霉形体病自家灭活疫苗的油乳剂,为防治此病提供一条廉价易行的的途径,在节省成本的同时提高治疗效果。Because the ability of self-breeding and self-raising in large-scale pig farms is not fully achieved,most commercial piglets(growing-finishing pigs)used for fattening still come from the market,which leads to the occurrence of porcine mycoplasmal disease(porcine asthma)in pig farms.The diagnosis of mycoplasma is to judge the pathogen early so as to take preventive measures early and provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis.The home vaccine is to control the disease,in the event of an emergency vaccination to minimize economic losses.In this experiment,oil emulsion of self-inactivated vaccine against porcine mycoplasmal disease was prepared by using existing materials and technology,which provided a cheap and feasible way to prevent and cure this disease,and improved the therapeutic effect at the same time of saving cost.
