中西兽医结合治疗牛黏液膜性肠炎效果

摘　　要：牛粘膜性肠炎是肠粘膜表面出现一种特殊炎症,在变态反应的基础上渗出纤维素性蛋白物和大量粘液所引发的一种肠炎疾病。患病牛的肠粘膜表面附着有1层粘液生物质,造成胃肠道消化机能紊乱,消化障碍,患病牛表现为剧烈腹泻,在粪便中经常会夹杂大量的粘膜状物质。临床上引起该种疾病的原因比较复杂,治疗难度较大。通过不断总结工作经验,发现采用中西药联合治疗手段,能提高牛粘膜性肠炎的治疗效果,缩短发病周期,提高治愈率。该文结合发病病例,探讨中西医结合治疗牛黏膜性肠炎的效果。Bovine mucosal enteritis is a kind of enteritis caused by the exudation of fibrin and mucus on the basis of allergic reaction.There is a layer of mucilage on the surface of the intestinal mucosa of the infected cattle,which causes digestive disorder and digestive disorder in the gastrointestinal tract.The causes of this disease are complicated and the treatment is difficult.Through summarizing the working experience,it is found that the combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine can improve the curative effect of bovine mucosal enteritis,shorten the period of onset,and increase the cure rate.This paper discusses the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating bovine mucosal enteritis.
