三氯苯咪唑片剂对藏系绵羊肝片吸虫驱虫试验

摘　　要：为进一步探究三氯苯丙唑片对藏系绵羊肝片吸虫病的驱虫效果,选择经过确诊患有肝片吸虫病的80只羊,按照随机原则将其划分为4个组别,每组20只,分别命名为试验1组、试验2组、试验3组和对照组,1组、2组使用不同剂量的三氯苯米唑片剂,使用剂量分别为5、10 mg/kg体重,3组选择使用常规的驱虫药物硝氯酚进行对照治疗,使用剂量为5 mg/kg体重,4组作为空白对照,不使用任何驱虫的药物。结果表明,1组和2组使用不同剂量的三氯苯米唑片对肝片吸虫成虫和童虫的驱虫率分别为98.91%、94.29%和100.00%、100.00%,驱净率分别为85.00%和100%,硝氯酚试验组成虫的驱虫率达100%,但对童虫的驱虫率仅为74.29%,驱净率为60.00%,在整个试验期间,羊群没有出现不良反应。综合上述驱虫效果,以试验2组的效果最佳,在临床上值得进一步推广应用。In order to study the effect of triclabendazole tablets on fascioliasis hepatica in Tibetan sheep,80 sheep with confirmed fascioliasis hepatica were selected and divided into 4 groups according to the random principle,20 sheep in each group,group 1,group 2,group 3 and group 2 were given different doses of triclabendazole tablets(5 and 10 mg/kg body weight,respectively),the Control Group was treated with routine insecticide nitrochloropheno(5 mg/kg body weight),and the control group was treated with no insecticide.The results showed that the repelling rates of adult and child fasciola hepatica were 98.91%,94.29%,100.00%and 100.00%,respectively,and the net repelling rates were 85.00%and 100%,respectively,the repelling rate of adult was 100%,but the repelling rate was only 74.29%and 60.00%respectively.There was no adverse reaction in sheep during the whole period.Based on the above results,the effect of Test Group 2 is the best,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
