摘 要:快餐饮食逐渐开始影响人们的生活和饮食习惯,因此肉鸡养殖规模也逐渐扩大。无论是基于对快餐文化需求的夸大,还是基于食品安全意识的提高,人们对肉鸡的健康供应提出更高要求。基于新形势,肉鸡育种需要更严格的卫生标准规范操作。养殖场的日常管理和肉鸡的抗病性都值得继续研究。为保障养鸡场的基本经济利益和确保肉鸡的健康供应,预防和控制鸡群传染病尤为重要。Fast food gradually began to affect people's lives and eating habits,so the scale of chicken farming has gradually expanded.Whether it is based on the exaggerated demand for fast food culture,or based on the improvement of food safety awareness,people put forward higher requirements for the healthy supply of broiler chickens.Based on the new situation,broiler breeding needs more strict hygienic standard and standard operation.Both the day-to-day management of the farm and the disease resistance of Broilers deserve further study.Prevention and control of infectious diseases in chicken flocks is of particular importance in order to safeguard the basic economic interests of chicken farms and ensure a healthy supply of broilers.
