摘　　要：鸡产蛋下降综合征是由腺病毒感染引发的一种以产蛋下降为主要临床特征的传染性疾病,临床上表现为蛋鸡群产蛋率显著下降,畸形蛋率显著升高。该种病毒性疾病主要通过鸡蛋垂直传播,也可通过公鸡和母鸡交配实现垂直传播。鸡与鸡之间的健康接触也是造成病毒水平传播的主要途径。传播速度较快,危害严重会给整个蛋鸡养殖产业造成毁灭性打击,需要采取针对性措施,切实做好该类疾病的诊断和防控工作。该文主要论述鸡产蛋下降综合征的流行特点、临床症状、病例变化、诊断方法和防治。Egg drop syndrome is a type of egg drop caused by adenovirus infection,which is characterized by a significant decrease in egg production rate and a significant increase in abnormal egg production rate.The viral disease is mainly transmitted vertically through eggs,but can also be transmitted vertically through the mating of roosters and hens.Healthy chicken-to-chicken contact is also a major route of horizontal transmission.The spread speed is fast,the damage will be serious to the whole egg chicken breeding industry devastating,we need to take targeted measures to effectively do a good job of the disease diagnosis and prevention and control.This article mainly discusses the epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms,case changes,diagnostic methods,prevention and treatment of egg drop syndrome in chickens.
