农村生活垃圾分类和资源化利用模式探析

摘　　要：为解决日益严重的农村生活垃圾问题,贯彻落实乡村振兴战略,就近年来山东省青岛市T村生活垃圾处理的发展历程和现状进行分析,提出基于垃圾减量的农村生活垃圾分类和资源化利用模式.结果表明,T村生活垃圾产生率为0.652 kg·capita^-1·d^-1,主要成分为厨余类、纸类、橡塑类和木竹类;提出“两次四分”和“一筐两桶”的垃圾分类方法,通过建立村级“三级桶长制”和考核评价机制,辅以提高垃圾清理频率、村委会加强引导功能等措施,建立垃圾分类社会参与的长效机制;针对有机垃圾、无机垃圾、有害垃圾和其他垃圾分别使用好氧堆肥、粉碎再造、单独上交和焚烧等处理方式,实现垃圾源头减量、资源化和无害化.The development process and current situation of rural domestic waste treatment are analyzed in T Village of Qingdao City,Shandong Province in recent years.The classification and resource utilization mode of rural domestic waste are put forward,which is based on waste reduction,aiming to solve the increasingly serious problem of rural domestic waste and implement the rural revitalization strategy.The result shows that the generation rate of domestic waste is 0.652 kg·capita^-1·d^-1,mainly composed of kitchen waste,paper,rubber and plastic,and wood and bamboo.The waste classification method that includes"twice and four times sorting"and"one basket and two bins"is put forward.The long-term mechanism of social participation in waste classification is tried to establish by establishing"three-level bin head system",evaluation mechanism and some measures such as improving the frequency of waste cleaning and strengthening the guidance function of the village committee,etal.Organic waste,inorganic waste,hazardous waste and other waste are respectively treated by aerobic composting,crushing-recycling,separate delivery and incineration so that the source reduction,resource utilization and harmless of waste is realized.
