摘 要:复杂水文环境下的城镇雨洪模拟和预测对于我国社会经济发展具有重要意义。以甘露电厂区域为研究对象,基于MIKE-FLOOD模型平台,采用一、二维水动力学模型与地下管网模型耦合,计算分析了电厂区域防洪排涝情势变化。结果表明:设计雨洪条件下,受降雨强度大以及河涌山洪漫溢影响,电厂工程周边出现淹没情况,目前规划的地下管网和河涌难以满足同时排走区域降雨以及漫溢山洪的需求。建议工程建设时增大场平竖向标高,同时提高排水管网和河涌防洪标准并及时整顿园区东南侧低洼区域洪水通道。Urban storm flood simulation and prediction in complex hydrological environment are of great significance to China's social and economic development.In this paper,based on the MIKE-FLOOD platform,coupling the 1d,2d and underground pipe model,the flood situation on the Ganlu Power Plant region is studied.The results shown that the surrounding region of the Power Plant is flooded,and the planned underground pipe network and the river channel can not satisfy with the demand of releasing the torrential flood and the rainfall under the design rain-flood conditions.It is suggested that the vertical elevation of the field should be increased during the construction of the Power Plant,the standards of drainage pipe network and flood control of river channel should be improved,and the flood spillway in the low-lying area on the southeast side should be rectified in time.
