摘  要:现有的跨界水污染协同治理技术模式设计中,忽视河流流域特征,污染物治理效果不佳。设计基于流域尺度的跨界水污染协同治理技术模式,界定污染源归属地,控制排污量,引用流域尺度设定治理内容,计算区域水污染治理协同度,实现高协同污染治理。通过对原有治理模式对比可知,此模式治理效果更佳。In the design of the existing cross-border water pollution collaborative treatment technology mode,the characteristics of the river basin are ignored,resulting in the poor effect of pollutant treatment.Therefore,the technology model of cross-border water pollution collaborative treatment based on watershed scale is designed.Define the ownership of pollution sources,control the emission,set the governance content by referring to the basin scale,calculate the coordination degree of regional water pollution governance,and achieve high coordination pollution governance.Through the comparison of the original governance model,we can see that the governance effect of this model is better.
