摘  要:设计、合成一种联水杨醛席夫碱荧光探针,并对其结构表征.光谱实验表明,在甲醇溶液中,该探针可实现对Al^3+的turn-on检测,在识别Al^3+后,荧光强度增强约110倍,并具有良好的离子选择性.荧光滴定实验中,Al^3+浓度在25~55μmol/L范围内,荧光强度与浓度呈良好线性相关,探针对Al^3+检出限为5.4×10^-9mol/L,低于世界卫生组织对饮用水中Al^3+含量最低标准(7.4×10^-6mol/L).高分辨质谱数据表明,探针分子与Al^3+的络合比例为2:1.在活体生物Al^3+检测中,探针具有良好的生物相容性,表明其在水体及生物体Al^3+检测中具有一定的应用前景.A novel bisalicylaldehyde schiff base was designed and synthesized,and its structure was confirmed by NMR and MS.It was found to be highly selective for Al^3+in methanol as a“turn-on”fluorescent probe in fluorescence spectroscopy,and fluorescence intensity enhanced 110-fold after the probe recognized Al^3+.Fluorescence titration experiments showed that the probe have an excellent linear relationship with Al^3+concentration range 25~55μmol/L,and the detection limit was calculated to be as low as 5.4×10^-9mol/L,which was far below the drinking water restriction of Al^3+by WHO(7.4×10^-6mol/L).HRMS analysis showed the binding stoichiometry between probe and Al^3+was to be 2:1.Moreover,the probe was applied for biological detection in vivo of Al^3+ions,which presented excellent biocompatibility,and could be applied to the detection of Al^3+in water body and organisms.
