理气攻下外治法联合肠外营养治疗小肠梗阻疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中医理气攻下法联合肠外营养治疗小肠梗阻(SBO)的临床效果。方法:选取2017年10月至2019年10月北京中医药大学东方医院外一科收治的108例SBO患者,均分为两组,各54例。对照组给予外科基础治疗联合肠外营养支持治疗,研究组除外科基础治疗外加用中医辨证敷脐、灌肠及耳穴压丸中医外治法联合肠外营养治疗,观察并比较两组的总有效率及中转手术率。结果:对照组临床治愈28例、好转9例、无效17例,总有效率68.52%;研究组临床治愈35例、好转14例、无效5例,总有效率90.74%;研究组的总有效率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中转手术12例、中转手术率22.22%,研究组中转手术4例、中转手术率7.41%,研究组的中转手术率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理气攻下法联合肠外营养治疗小肠梗阻的临床疗效更优。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with parenteral nutrition in the treatment of small intestinal obstruction.Methods 108 cases were randomly divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The control group was given basic surgical treatment combined with parenteral nutrition support,and the study group was given basic surgical treatment plus TCM external treatment combined with parenteral nutrition.Whether the significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate and operation conversion rate were observed.Results In the control group,28 cases were cured,9 cases were improved and 17 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 68.52%.The total effective rate of the study group was 90.74%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 12 cases in the control group and the conversive operation rate was 22.22%.Meanwhile,4 cases in the study group and the operation rate was 7.41%.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Liqi Gongxia method combined with parenteral nutrition is more significant.
