摘　　要：民办高校因政府的政策约束与市场的规律限制导致了融资制度供给短缺、融资结构单一、融资约束较大三方面的融资困境。在国内相关政策环境尚不健全和金融环境不够成熟的情况下,民办高校应不断加强融资内生力量与条件,创新内部治理,化解融资制度供给短缺;拓展多元化融资渠道,优化融资结构;改善融资技术,减少融资约束。Due to the government’s policy constraints and the rule of the market,private colleges and universities are confronted with three financing dilemmas:shortage of financing system supplies,single financing structure and serious financing constraints.Under the circumstances of imperfect domestic policy environment and immature financial environment,private colleges and universities should constantly strengthen the internal forces and conditions of financing,and make innovations in the internal governance,in order to resolve the shortage of financing system supply.In addition,they ought to optimize the financing structure by expanding the diversified financing channels,and reduce financing constraints by means of improving the financing technologies.
