摘  要:针对鑫达矿业公司应用浅孔留矿采矿法存在的采矿生产效率较低,作业安全性差,劳动力需求大等问题,开展了中深孔分段凿岩阶段空场采矿法试验研究,并在东柏树矿区进行工业试验。试验结果表明:中深孔分段凿岩阶段空场采矿法安全性能良好,生产效率达到150 t/台班,采矿损失率为23.90%,矿石贫化率为12.12%,有效降低了生产成本,提升整体的开采效率与质量,降低了劳动力的投入,为同类矿山开采提供借鉴思路。Based on the problems that the production efficiency is low,operation safety is poor and workload is intense when short-hole shrinkage mining method is applied in Xinda mining company,experimental research on mediumlong hole sublevel drilling stage open stoping mining method is carried out as well industrial test in Dongbaishu Mining District.The results show that the medium-long hole sublevel drilling stage open stoping mining method has good safety performance,with production capacity 150 t for each machine per shift,mining loss rate 23.90%and ore dilution rate 12.12%,effectively reducing production cost,improving overall mining efficiency and quality and reducing labor investment.The method can provide a new idea for similar mines.
