摘 要:以某铜钴精矿为原料,采用硫铁矿配矿、钠盐废水湿法调浆、硫酸化焙烧、硫酸浸出工艺回收铜、钴,考察了磨矿细度、焙烧助剂、焙烧温度等因素对铜、钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占85%,硫铁矿与铜钴精矿配比1∶10,钠盐废水90 mL,焙烧温度660℃,焙烧时间90 min,浸出时间30 min的优化条件下,铜浸出率达97.63%,钴浸出率达97.50%,试验指标较好。A copper-cobalt concentrate is used as raw material to recover copper and cobalt by pyrite ore blending,wet slurry preparation by sodium salt wastewater,sulfating roasting,sulfuric acid leaching process.During the process,the influence of grinding fineness,roasting auxiliaries,roasting temperature on the copper and cobalt leaching rates is investigated.The results show that under the optimized conditions:the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 85%,pyrite and copper-cobalt concentrate mass ratio is 1∶10,sodium salt wastewater is 90 mL,roasting temperature is 660℃,roasting time is 90 min and leaching time is 30 min,the copper leaching rate reaches 97.63%,cobalt leaching rate reaches 97.50%.The test index is good.
