摘  要:某黄金冶炼厂采用活性炭吸附法回收氰化贫液中的金,产生的载金炭含杂较高且产量较低。载金炭经焚烧、炭灰加银熔炼捕金、银电解回收银、阳极泥湿法精炼等工艺处理后,金回收率可达99%以上,载金炭焚烧冶炼成本14.9元/kg。该工艺具有投资少、生产成本低、生产周期短、回收率高等优势,对同类企业载金炭中金的回收具有推广意义。Gold is recovered from cyanide barren solution by activated carbon adsorption method in a gold smelter.The gold-loaded carbon has high impurity content and low productivity.The gold recovery rate can be over 99%by the gold-loaded carbon burning,gold collection by smelting with silver addition into carbon ash,silver recovery by silver electrowinning,hydrometallurgical refining of anode slime.The cost of gold-loaded carbon burning smelting is about 14.9 yuan/kg.The process requires less investment and has low production cost,short production cycle and high recovery rate.It bears promotion significance in recovering gold from gold-loaded carbon for similar enterprises.
