摘  要:利用Ansys Workbench软件对某液压系统共轨管强度及密封性进行了有限元校核计算,并结合相关标准对密封结构进行理论研究,提出优化建议,分析结果对产品设计有一定的参考意义。Using ANSYS Workbench software,the strength and sealing performance of common rail pipe of a hydraulic system are checked and calculated by finite element method.Combined with relevant standards,theoretical research on sealing structure is carried out,and optimization suggestions are put forward.The analysis results have certain reference significance for product design.
