摘　　要：文章对某型柴油机现有齿轮箱模块的设计、使用可靠性、维护不足等方面进行分析与总结。根据齿轮箱模块的外形尺寸、传动等约束条件,基于集成化、简约化设计要求,对该型柴油机齿轮箱模块进行优化设计,改善了其工艺性,提高了可靠性。Defect in designing,reliability of usage,maintenance of a diesel engine gear box are analyzed and summarized.Based on dimension,driven relation and relative condition,considered requirement of integration and simplification,the designing of diesel engine gear box was optimized,which improved the manufacturability and reliability.According to the constraints of the overall dimension and transmission of the gearbox module,and based on the requirements of integrated and simplified design,the optimal design of the gearbox module of the diesel engine is carried out,which improves its process ability and reliability.
