摘 要:为对冷却水管路振动进行有效控制,对冷却水管路机械阻抗进行计算分析。利用力学相关理论,推导出冷却水管道考虑流固耦合的横向、轴向和扭转振动14方程模型,通过Laplace变换将其转换为常微分方程对其求解。将管路边界条件简化成6个自由度的弹性刚度,得到考虑流固耦合冷却水管道的最终解。结合阻抗计算公式,获得冷却水管道机械阻抗值。最后通过试验实测,验证计算方法和结果的正确性。In order to control the vibration of cooling water pipeline effectively,the mechanical impedance of cooling water pipeline is calculated and analyzed.14 equations of straight pipeline considering fluid-structure interaction are established according to the theory of mechanics,axial,transverse and reverse vibration included.The time-domain equations are transformed into frequency domain by Laplace transformation.The boundary conditions are simplified to springs along 6 freedoms,and the final solution of pipelines are got.Combined with the impedance calculation formula,the mechanical impedance value of cooling water pipeline is obtained.Finally,the correctness of the calculation method and results is verified through actual test.
