摘 要:船用电动甲板起重机控制系统一般采用变频驱动控制,传统变频控制单元通常采用电阻能耗制动方式,再生能量通过电阻发热消耗。传统的三相桥式6脉、三相桥式12脉整流单元产生的谐波影响较大,不利于节能环保和绿色发展要求。文章通过对AFE技术进行原理分析,与传统变频技术进行性能对比,以西门子AFE技术为例,提出在电动甲板起重机中应用AFE变频驱动和再生回馈制动技术的设计思路和应用方案。The control system of marine electric deck crane generally adopts frequency conversion drive control.The traditional frequency conversion control unit often adopts the resistance energy consumption braking method,and the regenerative energy is consumed by the resistance heating.The traditional three-phase bridge type 6 pulse or three-phase bridge type 12 pulse rectifier unit has a greater impact,which is not conducive to energy saving and environmental protection and green development requirements.Based on the principle analysis of AFE technology and the performance comparison with traditional frequency conversion technology,taking Siemens AFE technology as an example,the design idea and application scheme of AFE frequency conversion drive and regenerative regenerative braking technology in electric deck crane are proposed.
