摘 要:石墨烯具有非常独特的电性能、导热性能和光学性能。在室温状态,石墨烯传递电子的速率比已知导体都快,同时其表面积大、吸附力强、生物相容性高等优异的物理化学特性,有利于提高敏感分子的吸附能力,并能提高生化反应的速率。介绍了石墨烯在化学传感器方面的应用,讨论研究近年来基于石墨烯的材料化学类传感器,分别介绍了离子与气体的传感器以及湿度与氧化物的传感器,并对其优缺点进行对比分析。Graphene has unique electrical,thermal and optical properties.At room temperature,the rate of electron transfer of graphene is faster than that of known conductors.At the same time,the excellent physical and chemical properties of graphene,such as large surface area,strong adsorption capacity and high biocompatibility,can improve the adsorption capacity of sensitive molecules and the rate of biochemical reaction.The application of graphene in chemical sensors was introduced,the material chemistry sensors based on graphene in recent years were discussed and studied,the sensors for ions and gases and humidity and oxides were respectively introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared.
