摘  要:综述了目前常用新型邻苯二甲酸酯检测技术,并将新型检测方法和传统检测方法优劣势进行了对比。新型检测技术与传统检测技术不同之处在于更多关注PAEs的分子特性,如其光谱、分子结构、电化学特性等。其优点是缩短了时间并提高了效率,但由于部分新型检测技术特异性较强,并不能对食品中违法添加的17种邻苯二甲酸酯全覆盖,故具有一定的局限性。The novel detection methods of phthalic acid esters were summarized and the advantages and disadvantages with the traditional detection methods techniques were compared.Compared with the traditional detection methods,the novel detection methods pay more attention to the molecular speciality of PAEs,such as,the spectral quality,the molecular structure and electrochemistry property.While novel detection methods have the merits of shortening the time and improving the efficiency,they also have boundedness that they can t detect the illegal addition of 17 species of PAEs at the same time for the specificity of the novel detection techniques.
