摘　　要：氟氯吡啶酯是陶氏益农开发的首个具有芳基吡啶结构的合成生长素类除草剂。从申请量、地区/国家分布、申请人分布及申请技术主题角度对涉及氟氯吡啶酯的全球专利申请情况进行了分析,并重点分析了原研企业对氟氯吡啶酯的专利布局、以及国内企业的研发现状,力求反映氟氯吡啶酯的开发热点和专利保护现状,以期为国内相关农药企业进行研发和规避专利纠纷提供参考。Halauxifen-methyl is the pyridine-2-carboxylate auxin herbicides developed by Dow Agro Sciences.The global patent application situation of halauxifen-methyl was analyzed from the perspectives of application volume,regional/national distribution,applicant distribution and technical topics,the original research company s patent layout around halauxifen-methyl was focused on,and the research and development status of domestic enterprises were searched,to reflect the status of patent protection of halauxifen-methyl,and provide reference for researching,developing and avoiding patent disputes of domestic related pesticide enterprises.
