摘 要:采用滴涂法制备了聚亚甲基蓝/石墨烯/多壁碳纳米管复合膜修饰电极。运用循环伏安法研究了尿酸在该复合材料修饰电极上的电化学行为。该复合膜修饰电极对尿酸有着明显的催化效果,峰电流显著提高。在5×10^-6~1.5×10^-4 mol/L与1.5×10^-4~5.0×10^-4 mol/L范围内,呈现良好的线性,检出限为2.34×10^-7 mol/L(3倍噪音法)。对模拟样品中的尿酸进行测定,结果良好。The composites of MB and ERGO/MWCNT were prepared by drop coating method,and they were used as modified materials for electrochemical determination of uric acid.Cyclic voltammetry method was employed to study its electrocatalytic activity.It showed that PMB/ERGO/MWCNTs modified electrode displayed good electrocatalytic activity toward UA,and peak current increased significantly.The oxidation peak current was linear with the concentration of UA in the range from 5×10^-6~1.5×10^-4 mol/L and 1.5×10^-4~5.0×10^-4 mol/L,and the detection limits was 2.34×10^-7 mol/L(S/N=3).UA in human urine was determinated,and the results were good.
