聚丙烯黄色指数测试的影响因素研究

摘　　要：使用Hunterlab LabScan XE色差仪研究了分析标准、样片制备方法、样品形式、样片厚度、白色背景板、样品存留时间、样品装填方式对聚丙烯黄色测试结果的影响。研究表明不同的测试标准测得的聚丙烯黄色指数存在一定的差异;不同的样品形式对聚丙烯黄色指数测试结果影响较大;不同的试样片制备方法对聚丙烯黄色测试结果也有影响;片材试样测试黄色指数,片材越厚测得黄色指数值越小;样品杯中的样品振实测得的黄色指数比不振实测得的黄色指数大。The influence of analysis standard,sample preparation method,sample form,sample thickness,white background plate,sample retention time and sample filling method on the result of PP yellow test was studied by Hunterlabscan XE colorimeter.The results showed that the yellow index of PP measured by different standards was different,and the different sample forms had great influence on the result of the test.Different preparation methods also had influence on the yellow test results of PP.The thicker the sheet,the smaller the yellow index value.The measured yellow index of the sample in the sample cup was larger than that in the non-sample cup.
