摘  要:采用ICP-OES法测定低合金钢中铜、镍元素含量时存在严重的基底干扰,因为合金钢中存在大量的铁元素和其它元素。标准中采用外标法和内标法来对样品进行检测。但在分析此类样品时笔者发现外标法和内标法无法解决多元素干扰的现象,因此比对了外标法、内标法和标准加入法来探索电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定低合金钢中样品消除基底干扰的有效性。通过实验分析结果及能力验证比对结果表明:测定低合金钢样品时,如果测定的元素含量相对较高时采用外标法可获得更可靠实验分析结果,而其中的一些含量较低共存元素多的样品采用标准加入法可以更有效的消除干扰。There is serious substrate interference in the determination of copper and nickel content the in low alloy steel samples by ICP-OES as the content of iron and other elements in low alloy steel samples is very large.The external standard method and internal standard method are used to test the samples in the standard.However,in the analysis of such samples,it was found that the external standard method and internal standard method could not solve the phenomenon of multi-element interference,so the external standard method,internal standard method and standard addition method were compared to explore the effectiveness of eliminating the substrate interference by ICP-OES in the determination of samples in low alloy steel.The results of experiment and capacity verification showed that the external standard method can be used to obtain more reliable results in the determination of low-alloy steel samples when the content of elements is relatively high,and the standard addition method can be used to eliminate interference for some samples with low content and more coexistence elements more effectively.
