摘　　要：新建本科院校应用型转型的本质就是更好地培养国家和地方需要的应用型人才,为满足应用型本科院校培养应用型人才目标的要求,利用互联网技术,吸收优质课教学资源,积极进行在线课程建设。本论文以有机化学课程为例,从有机化学在线课程教学定位、教学目标、教学过程等方面,介绍了应用型本科院校工科有机化学在线课程建设的初步探索,为完善应用型人才培养要求的知识结构奠定了良好的基础。The essence of application oriented transformation in undergraduate colleges is to train the applied talents needed by the state and local governments.In order to meet the requirements of application-oriented undergraduate education,we should actively carry out online course construction by using internet technology and high-quality teaching resources.Taking the course of Organic Chemistry as an example,the preliminary exploration of the construction of the online course of Organic Chemistry was introduced from the aspects of teaching orientation,teaching objectives and teaching process.It has laid a good foundation for improving the knowledge structure required by the cultivation of applied talents.
