劳动力市场瘦身溢价的生成逻辑--人力资本与社会资本的综合解释

摘　　要：采用CLDS 2016年的数据,使用结构方程模型,对劳动者瘦身溢价的生成逻辑进行分析,得到了以下结论:一是劳动力市场的瘦身溢价确实存在,减肥具有经济回报,倾向值匹配结果表明,OLS回归对瘦身溢价存在一定程度的低估;二是人力资本与个体社会资本都在瘦身溢价中起到中介作用,集体社会资本中介路径不存在;三是人力资本与个体社会资本之间是相互影响的,"身材—个体社会资本—人力资本—工资"与"身材—人力资本—个体社会资本—工资"两个多步中介同时存在,但前者的系数大于后者,说明个体社会资本在人力资本的中介效应中起到了更强的先导性作用;四是市场化程度对瘦身溢价具有显著的弱化作用,对个体社会资本中介效应的调节效应存在与否取决于个体社会资本的测量方式,对人力资本的中介效应没有调节作用。The study uses CLDS 2016 data and structural equation modeling,analyzes the generation logic of labor's slimming premium,and draws the following conclusions:First,the slimming premium of the labor market does exist,slimming is rewarded,the PSM results show that OLS regression has a certain degree of underestimation of slimming premium;second,human capital and individual social capital both play a mediating role in the slimming premium,but the collective social capital mediating path does not exist;third,human capital and individual social capital are in⁃teractive,the two serial multiple mediating paths(the“figure-individual social capital-human capital-wage”and the“figure-human capital-individual social capital-wage”)both exist,but the former has a larger coefficient than the lat⁃ter,indicating that individual social capital plays a stronger leading role in the mediating effect of human capital.Fourth,the degree of marketization has a significant weakening effect on slimming premium,the moderating of the me⁃diating effect of individual social capital depends on its measurement method and there is not a moderating effect by the degree of marketization on the mediating effect of human capital.
