摘　　要：城市少数民族流动人口的经济融入度对西北地区城市化进程和经济发展具有重要影响。基于2017年全国流动人口动态监测数据,使用因子分析测算了西北地区城市少数民族流动人口经济融入水平,并采用多层线性回归对其影响因素进行了分析。结果显示:(1)西北地区少数民族流动人口整体融入水平相对较低且有较大提升空间,27~50岁流动者融入水平高于其余年龄段流动者,融入水平随受教育水平的提高逐级升高,职业声望对融入水平亦有显著正向影响。(2)流动人口个体因素对经济融入水平有深刻影响,户籍制度、工作稳定性及行业差异也导致融入水平出现显著差距。应从提高少数民族流动人口劳动力素质、深化户籍制度改革与促进城乡劳动力市场一体化等方面出发,有序推进西北地区城市少数民族流动人口经济融入。The degree of the economic integration of the urban minority floating population has an important influence on the urbanization process and economic development in northwest China.Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the national floating population in 2017,factor analysis was used to measure the level of the economic integration of the floating population of urban minorities in northwest China,and multi-layer linear regression was used to analyze the in⁃fluencing factors.The results show that:(1)The overall integration level of the floating population of minorities in north⁃west China is relatively low and has a large room for improvement.The integration level of the floating population aged 27 to 50 is higher than that of the floating population of other age groups.The integration level increases with the im⁃provement of education level,and occupational prestige also has a significant impact on the integration level.(2)Indi⁃vidual factors of the floating population have a profound impact on the level of economic integration.The household reg⁃istration system,job stability,and industry differences also lead to significant gaps in the level of integration.From the aspects of improving the quality of the labor force,deepening the reform of the household registration system,and pro⁃moting the integration of urban and rural labor markets,the economic integration of the urban minority floating popula⁃tion in northwest China should be promoted in an orderly manner.
