摘  要:分析9份不同产地的青天葵种质主成分含量、农艺性状和遗传性状,旨在评价不同产地青天葵种质资源优劣,为青天葵良种选育提供参考。分别采用HPLC和紫外分光光度法测定青天葵种质总黄酮、氨基酸、鼠李柠檬素和鼠李秦素等主成分含量,用游标卡尺测量青天葵茎叶大小,用电子天平称叶片鲜重和干重。结果表明:从主成分含量排名看,总黄酮排前3位的是水口(1.27%)、南丹(1.14%)和恭城(1.04%);鼠李秦素排前3位的是水口(0.23%)、下冻(0.17%)和响水(0.07%);总氨基酸排前3位的是下冻(23.76%)、上林(19.97%)和响水(19.74%);植株鲜重排前3位的分别是水口(6.00 g)、大新(3.68 g)和上林(2.84 g)。从青天葵药材主成分、农艺性状和种质遗传性状3方面综合分析,9个青天葵种质中,水口青天葵种质品质相对好。The contents of main components,agronomic traits and genetic traits of germplasm of Nervilia fordii(Hance)Schltr.collected from different producing areas were assessed in order to evaluate the quality of the N.fordii germplasm resources in different producing areas for breeding.The contents of total flavonoids,amino acids,rhamnocitrin and rhamnodin were determined by the HPLC and UV spectrophotometry,the size of stems and leaves of N.fordii was measured by vernier calipers and the leaves,and the fresh weight and dry weight were weighed by the electronic balance.The results showed that the top three accessions containing high total flavonoids were collected from Shuikou(1.27%),Nandan(1.14%)and Gongcheng(1.04%),rhamnosine from Shuikou(0.23%)and frozen(0.17%)and Xiangshui(0.07%),total amino acids from Xiajie(23.76%),Shanglin(19.97%)and Xiangshui(19.74%),and fresh weight from Shuikou(6.00 g)and Daxin(3.68 g)and Shanglin(2.84 g).Comprehensive analysis of the main components,agronomic traits and genetic traits of the N.fordii germplasm resources showed among the nine accessions of the germplasms,the accession from Shuikou had a relatively high quality.
