摘　　要：有感于樊代明院士的"整合医学是未来医学的发展方向"等认识与结论,在从复杂性科学的角度对疾病发生与防治的整体性、相互作用性与复杂性,以及整合医学范式建立亟待科学观念转变等问题进行讨论的基础上,提出了转变科学观念,促进整合医学发展的建议:①转变科学观念,坚定整合医学发展方向;②重视"初始条件"学说,建立整合医学的认识方法;③重视"辨病与辨证相结合",完善临床医学认识方法;④正确认识与处理中西医药学关系,促进整合医学发展。Inspired by the understanding and conclusion of“holistic integrative medicine(HIM)is the development direction of the future medicine”of academician Fan Daiming,and on the basis of discussing the integrity,interaction and complexity of disease occurrence and prevention,and the urgent change of scientific concept for HIM,we put forward some suggestions for changing scientific concept and promoting the development of HIM.①Change the scientific concept and determine the development direction of HIM;②attach importance to the theory of“initial conditions”and establish the cognitive method of HIM;③attach importance to“the combination of disease differentiation and Zheng condition differentiation”and improve the cognitive methods of clinical medicine;④correctly understand and deal with the relationship between the traditional Chinese and western medicine,and promote the development of HIM.
