慢性疮面相关“邪”与“腐”的关系刍议

摘　　要："邪"与"腐"与皮肤疮面息息相关,对疮面相关的邪与腐目前仍无明确定义,这导致两者在应用时易出现重叠及混用现象。针对慢性疮面相关"邪"与"腐"的定义、涵盖范围、慢性疮面形成及治疗中两者的相互关系等方面进行论述,得出慢性疮面相关"邪"的定义为一切依附于疮面存在并阻碍其愈合导致其向慢性化发展的物质及因素;慢性疮面相关"腐"的定义为在慢性疮面相关"邪"作用下所形成的一切阻碍疮面愈合的增多或新生病理产物。两者分别包括无形之邪、有形之邪;无形之腐和有形之腐。慢性疮面中"邪"与"腐"既相互独立,又相互包容,邪依存于疮面而生腐,腐可以是邪的一部分,而不是邪的全部。正确认识及充分了解邪与腐的相互关系,对今后更好地治疗慢性疮面至关重要。“Evil”and“slough”are closely related to chronic wound.There is still no clear definition of the evil and slough related to chronic wound,which leads to the overlap and mixed use.According to the definition,scope,development and treatment of the“evil”and“slough”related to chronic wound,we define the“evil”related to chronic wound as the substances and factors that exist in chronic wound and hinder its healing,and the“slough”as new pathological products that impede wound healing under the action of“evil”related to chronic wound.There are invisible evils,tangible evils as well as invisible slough and tangible slough.In the chronic wound,“evil”and“slough”are independent of each other and mutually tolerant.The evil depends on the slough,and the slough can be a part of the evil.Correct understanding of the relationship between the evil and slough is essential for better treatment of chronic wound in the future.
