摘　　要：静脉性溃疡为下肢溃疡中发病率最高的一种类型,多为溃疡周围功能不全的交通静脉反流而导致。影响患者生活,有致残的风险。手术治疗效果明确,但操作复杂,手术并发症多,且容易复发。我们通过"杂交手术技术"对下肢静脉性溃疡进行治疗,收效满意,且临床操作简便,具有很广阔的推广应用价值。Venous ulcer has the highest incident in the ulcers of lower extremity.Perforating venous insufficiency reflux in the surrounding ulcer can often cause the disease.It affects the quality of life and has the risk of physical disability.The surgical effect is clear,but the operation is complicated and there are quite a few complications and high relapse possibility.The surgical technique of hybridization we adopt for the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity is satisfactory and easy to operate.We hold that the technology has high application value in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity.
