摘　　要：目前,医疗纠纷调处模式主要有:自行协商、卫生行政处理、法律诉讼、医患纠纷人民调解委员会调解和仲裁。这几种模式各有其优点,但也存在一定的局限性。本文以广州市为例,通过梳理医疗纠纷处理的实践情况,对几种调处模式进行比较分析,从而提出解决医疗纠纷相应的模式选择——医患纠纷人民调解委员会调解。同时,通过分析广州市某医患纠纷人民调解委员会的调解路径、特点与成立四年多以来的工作成效,总结医患纠纷人民调解委员会当前面临的主要问题并提出相应的优化对策与建议。At present,the modes of medical dispute mediation and processing mainly include selfnegotiating,health administration,legal action,mediation committee and arbitration.These models have their own advantages,but they also have certain limitations.Taking Guangzhou as an example,this paper compares and analyzes several mediation and processing modes by combing the practice of medical disputes resolution,and proposes the corresponding mode choice of solving medical disputes—the mediation of the People’s Mediation Committee for Doctor-patient Disputes.At the same time,by analyzing the mediation path and characteristics and effectiveness of the work since its establishment of a medical dispute mediation committee in Guangzhou more than four years ago,we summarized the main problems faced by the medical dispute mediation committee and put forward the corresponding optimization strategies and suggestions.
