摘 要:针对上向流生物活性炭滤池出水中颗粒物、微生物含量较高的问题,研究了炭池后采用超滤工艺的水质净化效能以及膜污染控制问题,为饮用水深度处理组合工艺的应用提供理论指导。结果表明,超滤膜出水水质得到改善,膜后出水浊度均小于0.1 NTU,粒径>2μm的颗粒数均小于6个/m L,细菌总数与异养菌总数均显著减少,去除率约为99%。同时,增加含过氧化氢水进行反冲洗处理可以灭活膜上附着的细菌,降低膜阻力,减轻膜污染程度。超滤工艺对上向流生物活性炭滤池出水有良好的净化效能,并可以保持长期稳定运行。As for the water quality characteristics of abundant particles and microorganisms in upflow activated carbon filter effluent,the purification efficiency and membrane fouling control of ultrafiltration were studied,which provided guidance for the application of the combined process for advanced treatment of drinking water.The test results showed that the filtered water quality was improved when the ultrafiltration was used to treat the effluent of up-flow activated carbon filter.The effluent turbidity of ultrafiltration was less than 0.1 NTU,the particle size above 2μm was less than 6 CNT/m L,the total bacteria and heterotrophic bacteria were both significantly reduced,with the removal rate of approximately 99%.For the mitigation of membrane fouling,backwashing with H2O2-containing water could inactivate the attached bacteria to reduce the membrane resistance and relieve the degree of membrane fouling cased by microorganisms.Therefore,ultrafiltration had a good purification efficiency for the up-flow activated carbon filter effluent,and could maintain long-term stable operation.
